Use the same form and choose the option that says you are already listed and need to update your information. Enter the corrected information. After admin review, the existing public listing can be updated rather than creating a duplicate.
You are not required to accept every request. If contacted, you may reply that you are unavailable or simply decline. The directory does not use an availability toggle because it could become outdated.
